Welcome to Sipbie Caffe and Roasting Company! Based in Northern California, we are a small, family-owned business passionate about bringing you unique single-origin and coffee blends. Our journey began with a love for coffee in Venice, Italy, and the desire to share that love with others hasn't stopped since. We source our coffee beans worldwide, carefully selecting only the highest quality beans from specific farmers and climates. Once we have our beans, we use a small-batch roasting process to bring out each bean's unique flavors and aromas. We take great care in roasting, adjusting the temperature and timing to achieve the perfect roast for each bean. Our goal is to bring out the best possible flavor profile for each type of bean, allowing you to savor the unique characteristics of each origin truly. We offer a select number of coffee blends and single-origin coffees, each with its own distinct flavor profile. Whether you prefer a dark roast, light roast, medium roast, smooth blend, or distinct single-origin coffee, we have something for those seeking unique coffee flavors. We are also developing our premier teas for our tea enthusiasts, starting with Ceremonial Grade Matcha. At our core, we are a community-driven business. We believe in building relationships with our clients and providing a welcoming space where you can come and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends or colleagues. The Piaggio
We use a 1999 Piaggo Ape50. Made in Europe by Vespa, this action packed vehicle is used all over Italy and other European countries to serve coffee. In the late 1940’s, the inventor of the Vespa came up with the idea of building a light three-wheeled commercial vehicle to spark and drive Italy’s economical reconstruction after the war, an idea which was supported with Piaggo. In the early 2000’s a few dozen of these vehicles were imported to the US, yet their unique look, size and tricky manual transmission they never took off.
We complement any event, small or large, day or night, adding a memorable experience. At the mobile caffe, we feature one of our special roasted blends, personally crafted and roasted locally, to produce coffee with great flavor. Now available to ship direct to your home!
