I got a lavendar latte, and it was smooth, well-balanced, and not too sweet. My family wanted to try it and their "sips" left me with half a cup left. Matthew explained the way he makes the vanilla bean and lavender flavors (no preservatives and less sugar, which I appreciate) and showed me them. Super cool.
And it's a really unique truck. Ask him about it. Thanks, Matthew for the coffee and good chat!
This is a great little pop-up cart for espresso drinks. The owner is very friendly and makes great espresso, plus it doesn't hurt that the cart itself is adorable. Matthew, the owner, told us he alternates between Los Gatos and Saratoga, so he's sure to check his social media pages to see where he's at. Sipbie is worth the visit!
Your stop for coffee is really good. Tried the lavender coffee. Really good lavender notes; a good wake-me-up in the morning. Hubby tried the cappuccino; it's a plus for sure. If you are looking for a good café to wake you up, this is the little spot right here! Enjoy!
